Service Overview :

ATEN offers the Post Warranty Service for your option to fulfill your special service requirement in using ATEN products.

 

Service Highlights :

   POST WARRANTY SERVICE :

  • Similar as Extended Warranty Service, if there are needs to extend the service coverage period and/or upgrade the level of service right after the 90 days of ATEN product purchase, the ATEN Post Warranty Service is available for your selection.

   PURCHASE CONDITION :

  • Certain selected products may be eligible for the purchase of a Post Warranty Service Agreement. It may be purchased either
    • before expiration of the original product warranty period; or
    • for renewal of a previously purchased Service Agreement to remain uninterrupted support services; or
    • out of the original product warranty period but in good working condition. Out of warranty products must be checked, repaired and upgraded to eligible supporting level by time and material services before entitled for purchasing the Post Warranty Service

The coverage period for the Post Warranty Service Agreement will begin at the time of purchase of the Post Warranty Service Agreement and continue for the period purchased. The terms and conditions of the Post Warranty Service depend on the service options purchased.

  • Peace of mind in using your ATEN product.

 

Requirements :

  • Product and services purchased must be registered and activated online on ATEN Website.
  • The services do not cover software, battery, peripherals, or free accessories such as cables, or power adapters; or customer     induced damage to the product.
  • The services are available only in the country where the ATEN product is purchased.
