The CS-62B is different from ordinary KVM models. It not only manages two computers from one PS/2 mouse and PS/2
keyboard, but also controls the sound. As IP telephony gets generally adapted, this feature is not superfluous. A headset with
microphone functionality can be linked to CS-62B – which has two audio connections – thus the user may utilize the sound
features of his computers. For example, while launching sound of the first PC, amongst others the VoIP, users can control the
second with the keyboard and mouse. The Petite CS-62B is provided with cables of 1.80 meters which allows easy installation
and positioning of the computers. The video quality is also good as it accepts definitions of up to 2048x1536 pixels @85Hz. It
transmits DDC2B signals which authorize the monitor to communicate its characteristics to the graphical cards. Unfortunately,
the CS-62B does not have a button for switching between the computers. Users may change the signal source via hotkey combinations. However, we have to point out that the device provides numerous key combinations for diverse functions such
as switching between the two computers at regular intervals.
