All LCD KVM switches from ATEN go through stringent environmental testing and standardized electrical engineering tests to ensure the performance and quality of ATEN products under prolonged operation. ATEN is equipped with a complete Environmental Engineering Lab with professional testing engineers to establish a high standard of testing conditions and procedures for all LCD KVM product testing. Every test report is listed as a reference for improvements to the upcoming product, under the promise of high quality product standards for clients.
LCD KVM Switches Environmental Testing
Electron Type Pulling Test: Tests the mechanical integrity of LCD KVM sliding rails under prolonged repetition of insertion and removal with normal force.
Electron Type Clip Test: Tests the mechanical integrity LCD KVM panel under prolonged repetition of opening and closing with normal force.
Atmospheric Pressure Type Button Test: Tests all buttons and switches of LCD KVM under prolonged repetitive usage.
Vibration Testing System: Under conditions of full packaging and no packaging, components are tested for loose solders, full protection of product and accessories, impact during shipping and handling, as well as vibration resistance of the product in the x-axis/z-axis (horizontal) and y-axis (vertical) directions.
Other tests, such as High Temp.& Humidity Storage Test, Temp. Cycle Test and Drop Test , are also performed to ensure the quality of products in all respects.

Stability testing for complete product series: All LCD KVM switches must be connected and operated with ATEN KVM products to ensure overall operation stability.
