Service Overview :

ATEN offers a Post Warranty Service. This service is for those who wish to extend their product warranty but missed the Extended Warranty Service deadline.

Service Highlights :


The Post Warranty Service is similar to the Extended Warranty but is available for purchase from 90 days after product purchase.


Certain selected products may be eligible for the purchase of a Post Warranty Service Agreement. It may be purchased either before expiration of the original product warranty period; or
for renewal of a previously purchased Service Agreement to ensure uninterrupted support services; or
out of the original product warranty period but the product remains in good working condition. Out of warranty products must be checked, repaired, and upgraded before eligible for the Post Warranty Service.

The coverage period for the Post Warranty Service Agreement will begin at the time of purchase of the Post Warranty Service Agreement and continue for the period purchased. The terms and conditions of the Post Warranty Service depend on the service options purchased.

Requirements :

  • Product and services purchased must be registered and activated online on the ATEN Website.
  • The services do not cover software, batteries, peripherals, or free accessories such as cables, or customer induced damage to the product.
  • The services are available only in the country where the ATEN product is purchased.
