The RCMA200SA, the industry’s first adapter module, is designed to work with ATEN KA7174 and RCM series multi-port products (such as RCM816), which allows easy access to UF300 and UF200SA wafer prober from both the local and remote consoles. It also supports a virtual keyboard to facilitate installation and production line operations.
