We recently discovered that some ATEN products are installed with a version of the OpenSSL package affected by the Heartbleed Extension Vulnerability. This can lead to eavesdropping, the theft of data directly, and the ability to impersonate services and users. Detailed information concerning the bug can be found here:

To protect our customers we have released new firmware to address this vulnerability. If you own products that are affected, please upgrade the firmware according to the instructions provided.
