Welcome to CC20004.0 Centralized Management Software
Note:
1. Before updating, please back up system configuration to avoid any potential data loss from unforeseen issues arising during the update.
2. Before downloading the software, be sure to read the following information carefully.
3. Please note that a maintenance license is required for all existing CC2000 v3.0 users to proceed with an upgrade to CC2000 v4.0 from an earlier version, and it is strongly recommended that you consider this upgrade to sustain your system operations and take advantage of the latest advanced features and improvements. Following the launch of CC2000 v4.0, ATEN will no longer release any new features or new product support for previous CC2000 v3.x versions. However, we will continue to offer major bug fixes and security updates until the end of Q1 2024.
This latest version is cumulative and includes the corrections contained in all previous revisions. There is no need to install previous version if you are installing this one.

New:
1. Support environmental and power monitoring through ATEN PDU (PG9, PE8/7/6/5 series), IP Control Box (PE4104G), and Energy Box (EC1000). To manage monitoring points, please go to Device Management > Monitoring Settings. For monitoring, please go to Dashboard > Monitoring
2. Support notifications through email, SMNP Trap, and Syslog when monitored data exceeds threshold settings. Please go to Logs > System logs > Options and System > Notification > Advanced for detailed monitoring events.
3. Support “Show history” to display a historical trend chart of temperature, humidity, air pressure, power voltage, current, consumption. Please go to Device Management > Monitoring Settings.

Enhancements:

2. Support “Export device list” in Device Management > Devices > By Device > More

Bug/Security Fixes:
1. Update yajsw version to fix CVE-2022-42889
2. Update java modules to fix digital signature issue

Known issues:
1. CC2000 JavaRDP Client does not support Windows 10/Server 2016, 2019
2. CC2000 does not support the management of Hyper-V 2019
1. Please make sure that PDU/IP Control Box/Energy Box firmware supports CC2000 v4.
2. For Linux, the root user privilege is required for both Java and CC2000 installation.
