New RMA Center Opened in Moscow
October 15, ATEN opened a new RMA service center in Moscow, Russia. ATEN in partnership with RSS will provide timely and quality RMA services to ATEN product partners. The new Russian RMA Service Center aims to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty in Russia.
ATEN has partnered with RSS as it is the leading Third Party Maintainer of ICT products in Russia. RSS, which has been in operation for 18 years, has great resources to support ATEN's new RMA service center.

ATEN VanCryst™ Professional A/V Solutions at ISR 2014

ATEN is teaming up with their partner Atanor to participate in Integrated Systems Russia (ISR), the largest international show for professional A/V and system integration in Russia.
