During September and October, ATEN and its partners participated in events in Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Romania, Poland and the UK. Notable events include ENERGETAB Poland, the largest industrial fair for the power industry in Central Europe, and IP Expo UK, Europe’s leading IT infrastructure and cloud event. Jingle All The Way to Your New iPhone6
(Dec 1 – Dec 19)

To spread the Christmas cheer, ATEN is launching a Christmas tree decorating competition. The entry which has the most likes and shares on facebook will win an iPhone6.

* The Rules:

(1) Each entrant can post one photo or video of their Christmas tree (JPG, PNG, GIF or TIFF) between Dec 1 to Dec 19 on the ATEN facebook page.

NOTE: If you post before Dec 1 or after Dec 19 your entry will not be included in the competition.

(2) ATEN should be incorporated within the tree.

(3) Be creative!!

ATEN eService Revamped!
ATEN has redesigned its eService technical support web platform to provide even better service to ATEN’s customers. The new ATEN eService has a more intuitive interface that is now available in five additional languages: German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese. The new eService platform has four main sections: Membership, Product Support, Case Search and Partner Support. The Case Search section is a new addition which allows customers to check their technical support cases, both open and closed. This section also allows ATEN business partners to check the status of their current RMA requests. New Case Study Available – K Training Command, Korea
The K Training Command is a top military training organization in Korea which has been established for over 50 years.
