Product Registration Lucky Draw
ATEN strives to deliver the best experience to our valued customers. In this vein, we would like to invite customers to register their new products on ATEN’s eService system. This will also automatically enter you into a 6-month product warranty extension lucky draw!
Winner Selection and Prize :
- 50 prizes will be randomly awarded to customers who register their products and receive an ATEN Product Registration Notice by email between 2016/11/1 and 2017/1/31 (this is in addition to the 10 quarterly lucky draw winners). The winners will be announced in the first week of February 2017. The prize will be a 6-month extension to each winner's product’s warranty.
Terms and Conditions :
- Employees, officers, and directors of ATEN, and any other ATEN affiliates, distributors, and system integrators, are ineligible.
- The winners will be announced via a public post on the ATEN website and official Facebook page on the day following the lucky draw.
- The warranty extension can only be used on a single device and the serial number of said device must be verified by ATEN.
- The 6-month warranty extension will be automatically added to the original standard warranty of the ATEN device.
- All warranty terms and conditions will act in compliance with ATEN’s Standard Warranty Policy.
- ATEN reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of this event without prior notice.
