The award is an acknowledgement of ATEN’s persistent efforts in innovation through human-centered design, and of our passion for excellence. In addition, this is the third consecutive year that an ATEN product has won a COMPUTEX Best Choice award.

 
The UC9020, a portable, all-in-one streaming studio device, was chosen as an award winner by COMPUTEX 2019 for its compact size and support for streaming platforms, among other features. COMPUTEX stated that this “greatly reduces the complex equipment settings currently necessary for online live broadcasting, significantly lowering the entry barrier. Furthermore, the small, portable profile and the adoption of iPad as the user interface also make it possible to perform online live broadcasting anywhere.”

The number of broadcasters and video content creators worldwide has been growing dramatically, but until recently the barrier for entry for pro live streaming has been too high. Serving mainly the TV and broadcasting industry, most of the AV mixers available on the market today are equipped with functions like audio/video switching, convergence, and monitoring only.  Thus, these mixers need external screens, computers, and various video converters and devices to be set, captured, and post-produced before live broadcasting. The ATEN UC9020 aims to change all that.

The ATEN UC9020 Multi-channel AV Mixer integrates an HD video switch, streaming, video converter, splitter, and audio mixer into a compact box. It supports 3 HDMI ports for streaming up to 1080p, a video editor app, and livestreaming platform quality management. With mobile device app support, the operation between software and hardware is simplified as there’s no need to use a computer for streaming. Both enterprise users and beginners can use the ATEN UC9020 with ease.  Users can also quickly and directly connect to two popular platforms at once, such as YouTube and Facebook, for streaming to worldwide audiences.

UC9020 has is tailor-made for commercial product promotion, conferences and meetings, small exhibitions, lectures and courses, and even for personal live broadcasting.
