 US3310 and US3342 are created for seamless connections between multiple devices

 Sydney, Australia (September 2, 2019) – ATEN ANZ PTY LTD., a subsidiary of ATEN International Co., the technology leader and global manufacturer of KVM and Pro AV connectivity solutions, today introduces 2 new models of USB peripherals, the US3310 2-port USB-C Dock Switch with Power Pass-through, and the US3342 2-port USB-C Gen 2 Sharing Switch with Power Pass-through, offering new ways of connecting devices to your computer. Both of these switches support 85W USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 pass-through, and can charge your laptop while also providing enough power for power-hungry devices, such as external hard drives or gaming peripherals.

To meet the varied needs of different scenarios, display modes, and sharing purposes, ATEN’s new USB switches are available in two models:

US3310 2-port USB-C Dock Switch with Power Pass-Through

The US3310 is a dock switch that features one-button switching between two sources – laptop and Android smartphone, or Mac and iPad Pro (2018 models or later). The US3310 utilizes the full feature set of USB-C with video, audio, data and power transfer within a single cable. With only one set of display, keyboard, and mouse, users can seamlessly control two different systems and create a personalized desktop environment while saving desktop space. USB 3.2 Gen 1 provides data transfer speed up to 5Gb/s, allowing users to share external storage devices for swapping data between two systems quickly and easily.

5.      Extend the Desktop Environment to your Smartphone – Connect your smartphone with US3310 to build a workstation in Samsung DeX mode for multitasking, and even switch to a laptop once you have heavy tasks to do.

US3342 2-port USB-C Gen 2 Sharing Switch with Power Pass-Through

This is the world’s first 10G USB Type-C supported sharing switch especially designed for programmers, developers, system administrators, PC repair technicians, and content creators to enhance the efficiency of dual-system operations. Through the ATEN Bezel X software, the US3342 can seamlessly share data across 2 systems with only 1 set of keyboard, monitor, and mouse. Key features include:
