Multi-PC Visualization Solution for Event Livestreaming
Corporate Auditorium, France
Simultaneous Multi-PC Control & Visualization
A corporation in France was looking for a control room solution that would allow operators in its auditorium to post on, and interact with, eight social media platforms at once during live events. The solution needed to manage eight PC sources, each dedicated to a different social media platform. The customer wanted to be able to display these eight sources in different visual configurations for attendees to see on screens inside the auditorium.
With 8 separate source PCs to control, operators need to be able to manage them from a single console (keyboard, monitor, and mouse) to save on time and effort during live broadcasts.
Operators need to be able to configure the display layout of the eight sources and show each source output on control room screens and in the auditorium.
Controlling 8 source PCs causes clutter in the control room with all the computers, monitors, mice, and cables required.
Enhanced Source Control
With CM1284 KVM switches, operators can control all 8 PCs running different social platforms from a single console with one set of keyboard, monitor, and mouse for faster, easier operation.
Real-time, total visualization of each of the 8 sources on a single display is made possible through multiview in up to 4K DCI visual quality with the CM1284.
The CM1284 cuts down on the need for multiple keyboards, monitors, and desktop PCs to be at the operator’s desk, leading to a more efficient, streamlined workflow.
