Designed to go the distance, the CE801 delivers flawless True 4K (3840 × 2160 @ 60 Hz, 4:4:4) up to 70 meters, with Long-Reach Mode extending 1080p transmission to 100 meters. To enhance operational flexibility, ATEN CE801 provides unique dual console access, enabling both local and remote users to control the system. Pressing the pushbutton on the CE801L (Local) grants the local console priority KVM access to the source PC at any time in Local Mode, and pressing the button again releases this priority in Auto Mode, allowing KVM access from either the local or remote console, whichever gains control first. Administrators can prioritize local console access or share access between both ends, ensuring seamless collaboration and secure management.

In addition to delivering outstanding video performance, the CE801 delivers HDMI video, USB keyboard/mouse, RS-232 control, and audio over a single Cat 6 cable for easy setup and stable extension. EDID switches on the CE801L (Local) optimize HDMI output quality, while the CE801R’s (Remote) RS-232 port supports direct integration with devices like touchscreens or barcode scanners, ensuring smooth communication and accurate data transfer between local and remote sites.
