The preliminary evaluation is judged by employees based on TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) and by industry experts during the review stage. ATEN remains committed to taking care of its employees by creating a pleasant working environment even during uncertain times, and earning the recognition of winning the award for the second time from authoritative, external parties indicates that its efforts to create a happy enterprise have paid off.
