Improving Meeting Content Distribution
The European Convention Center Luxembourg is one of the largest convention centers in Europe and specializes in events ranging from congresses and conferences to exhibitions, trade fairs, and company conventions, hosting thousands of guests a year. The center wanted to upgrade the AV signal distribution in one of its two large, circular plenary rooms from analog to digital. The room has 72 retractable, table-top monitors with video coming from an adjacent control room.
Requirements
AV Signal Distribution
Connect dozens of screens to nearby production control room via CAT6 Ethernet links.
Intuitive Control
Administrators in the control room need to control all AV signal via a Web app.
Centralized Conversion
Solution needs conversion to de-embed audio signals, and route HDMI to SDI to a video matrix.
