Employee Training and Development
We place great importance on developing and training our talented employees. We are devoted to creating a learning organization where employees are encouraged to develop both during and outside of work.
In addition to our annual company training program, we also hold numerous courses which are designed to develop employees’ potential and help with their career advancement. These courses can be divided based on their three different scopes: “core competency”, “professional competency”, and “management competency”. We also provide multiple learning opportunities, such as internal instructor training, online English learning, and LOHAS lectures.
Each department also runs regular learning and sharing events, such as workshops, case studies, and book discussions, which further help to shape our company into a learning organization.
