Founded in 1992, Selena has emerged as a construction chemical distribution leader and ranks among the world's top four producers of assembly foam for the construction sector with operations in 19 countries across the globe. Recently, the company relocated its headquarters to a more spacious and contemporary space, encompassing three floors within the Business Garden Wrocław complex, located at Legnicka.
To equip this new headquarters, Selena entrusted ProAUDIO-AVT with the task of designing the AV system, spanning across three floors and nine conference rooms. The project was initiated during the office's development phase, and the team opted for cutting-edge solutions from various renowned brands.

Requirements

User Friendly

Wanted streamlined, versatile spaces designed for effortless videoconference calls with global participants that offered intuitive and user-friendly operation for non-technical corporate employees.

4K at Long Distances

To interconnect nine various-sized conference rooms spanning three floors with the server room, a high-quality distribution solution supporting 4K resolutions was essential to ensure seamless signal transmission.

Future-Proof

In order to help future-proof the system and achieve full interoperability while minimizing installation expenses, the entire system, including AV control and room booking, should be created as a single LAN infrastructure.

Application Flexibility

The solution should be versatile enough to accommodate various meeting room scenarios, supporting PTZ camera video conferencing, as well as simultaneous wired and wireless content sharing for multiple applications.

Room Booking System

Utilizing the Office 365 feature set, the ATEN RBS enables easy and user-friendly utilization of the space by providing real-time information on room availability. Moreover, this solution minimizes additional costs, as it does not necessitate extra servers or licenses.

HDBaseT™

Ensuring stable and reliable AV signals, the solution supports True 4K resolutions distributed over HDBaseT™. This enables seamless connectivity of interactive displays in the rooms across three floors, as well as the routing of de-embedded audio to the public address system.

Unizon™

The ATEN Unizon Global AV Management Platform centrally oversees the entire control and signal distribution system, enabling the IT manager to efficiently manage infrastructure across all rooms, including ATEN equipment and third-party devices.
