Running for the award for the first time, ATEN stood out among the 186 candidates and matched with Microsoft as one of the best companies to work for in Asia. Furthermore, ATEN is the only company to win the award in Taiwan’s computer peripheral industry. ATEN has always viewed employees as the prime commitment for corporate sustainable development. Its compensations and benefits and abundant learning and development programs for employees have demonstrated excellent results, which helped ATEN receive the prestigious award.
“Best Companies to Work for in Asia” by HR Asia is a prestigious award in the field of human resource management in Asia. HR Asia Magazine, operated by Business Media International (BMI), investigates and rates various enterprises and employers in Asia. The Inspection Committee is composed of experts, scholars, reporters and government representatives who combined select the best companies and employers in diverse fields through comprehensive inspection systems including corporate reports, anonymous online questionnaires filled by employees, working spot audits, and in-person visits to inspect working environments. ATEN joined the competition for the first time this year and won the award. ATEN especially exceeded standards in the overall industry and was highly appraised in different evaluation indicators such as “motivation and support by employees’ self-affection”, “tolerance for employees in working environment”, and “the team awareness and cooperative spirits of employees”.
