Here is a list of the most popular FAQs concerning ATEN products and software.

Firmware Upgrade

To upgrade the firmware, you will need to set up an environment as below.

1. A VGA monitor attached to the KVM.

2. A firmware upgrade cable from KVM to a computer.

When the environment is prepared, turn on the KVM, invoke OSD, press "F4", scroll down to select firmware upgrade and press "Y" when prompted.

Run the firmware upgrade utility to perform upgrading. When it is finished, KVM will restart automatically.
