VP2021KIT contains everything you need to facilitate a wireless BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting) conference, including 1 × VP2021 wireless presentation switch and 2 × VP201 USB-C wireless dongles. The VP2021 boasts versatile functionalities that foster meeting engagement and momentum, including 4K content transmission, multi-view presentation layouts (full screen / side-by-side / quad view), various collaboration tools (annotation / whiteboard / screen capture), and the support for Moderation Mode and auto layout projection. Up to 8 × VP201s* can be paired with a VP2021 to let 8 individuals join the meeting wirelessly by simply plugging the dongle’s USB-C connector into their laptops or mobile devices and start sharing A/V content with one click on the button on the dongle.

The bundle takes BYOM experiences to the next level with USB touchback support, allowing remote presenters to efficiently control their PCs from the touchscreen / interactive whiteboard in the room without having to go back and forth. Universal, cross-platform compatibility enables participants to interact directly with content from their USB conference devices – such as microphones, cameras, and speakers – and to host meetings on all major operating systems using their preferred video conferencing tools, including Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
