Room Booking System - 10.1" RBS Panel Gen. 2

ATEN has extended its Room Booking System portfolio with the addition of the next-gen RBS Panel VR440, improving room booking and space management experience in all aspects. Not only does the panel contains an upgraded CPU that increases overall processing performance, it also features a proximity and light sensor to facilitate customizable screen savers for smart power management while keeping the panels visually appealing in idle time. An RFID card reader is built in to assure efficient, contactless access control and generate room usage data. The narrow bezel design along with the slim, low-profile wall mount bracket ensure the content remains easily visible from numerous angles.

The VR440 is configurable via ATEN RBS Configurator – centralized configuration software of RBS Panels – while integrating with ATEN Unizon™ Global AV Management Platform's Timetable and other mainstream calendar servers such as Microsoft 365 Calendar, Google Workspace Calendar, and Microsoft Exchange Server, and DingTalk to provide quick, yet smooth booking, reservation extension / cancellation, and availability allocation for all rooms in the system. It is an ideal solution when it comes to manage meeting or teaching spaces, from conference rooms, lecture halls, auditoriums, to boardrooms.
