Dear Customer 

While we are constantly monitoring the 2019 Novel Coronavirus epidemic and are in close communication with all regional offices, we would like to provide you with the latest update on the situation: 

Concerning the ATEN factory in Shenzhen China, the resumption of work has been postponed until at least February 17 (the exact date depends on government’s approval). The Taiwan factory, sales offices, and distribution warehouses in Europe and other regions, remain operating as normal. As most companies and factories in China are required to resume business no earlier than February 17, we will monitor the situation, and keep you updated if there is any change or further delay. 

While some airlines have suspended flights to China, there are so far no problems with air/sea shipments from Taiwan. The Hong Kong-China border currently remains open for cargo. However, some 

airline/marine companies may cancel flights/vessels. Since some transport personnel may be subject to quarantine procedures, we shall pay attention to this situation and remind our customers to prepare for booking space as early as possible.  

We value the long-standing relationship with our customers. While monitoring the Coronavirus situation, we will make all necessary efforts to deal with orders as soon as possible after our Shenzhen factory resumes work.
