ATEN (UK) promotions

1. This promotion is only available to ATEN Resellers or Partners based in the UK.  Accepting new reseller applications in order to participate in this promotion. Claims to be submitted within 30 days of sale date.

2. Only purchases made through authorised ATEN Distributors in the UK will qualify.

3. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer during the promotional period.

4. This offer is limited to the Products indicated in the qualifying products list. No other combination or configuration is valid. Claims will not be accepted for a sale of products not indicated in the table above on the claim form.

5. Orders must be invoiced between 1st February 2018 and 1st September 2019.

6. The closing date for receipt of claim forms is 1st September 2019. No claims will be accepted after this date.

7. ATEN (UK) reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims, claim forms and supporting documents.

8. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes the property of ATEN (UK) and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may, without prejudice to ATEN (UK) other rights, result in disqualification from this promotion and future ATEN (UK) promotions.

10. ATEN (UK) may declare this promotion to be void where it is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

13. Any tax liabilities are solely the responsibility of the recipient receiving the LoveToShop Gift card.

16. After confirmation of purchase, the gift card will be dispatched the month after purchase to the applicant address.

17. In the event of a refund, exchange or return. The gift card voucher amount will be subtracted from the total.

19. Each qualifying product purchased from an authorised ATEN (UK) distributor will receive 1 x £10 Love2Shop gift card of up to a maximum of 2 units, per validated invoice.

20. To claim the £10 Love2Shop gift card, the applicant must apply online, after application an ATEN specialist will make contact to request a copy of the distributor invoice(s) via email. Once the sale is verified by ATEN (UK), 1 x £10 Love2Shop gift card will be dispatched to the applicant.
