Warranty Policy

Warranty claim

  • In the event of warranty claim, customer are required to provide the purchase invoice (or proof of purchase). If customers are unable to provide the afore mentioned proof, the warranty will be calculated based on the product’s serial number, which will be original shipment date. For warranty claim on accessories, such as 2A/2L/Lin cables, power adopter and battery, providing proof of purchase is a necessary requirement.
  • If customer claims that any Products are defective, customer shall follow ATEN’s Return Merchandise Authorization instructions to return the Products; ATEN may, in its sole discretion, require a minimum return quantity. Customer shall collect faulty goods and send a complete list to ATEN detailing model name, part number, quantity, and fault details. Having received the list, ATEN will issue an RMA number in return. RMA number shall remain in force for 2 weeks(Actual effective days vary by region); Customer shall send back defective products to the repair centers indicated by ATEN within this period.
    Products returned shall be in the original packaging or packaging approved by ATEN prevented to preclude damaged in transit. The RMA number must be clearly marked on all packing cartons for identification. Cartons without any RMA numbers will be rejected.
    Both parties shall bear one-way freight cost related RMA goods return.
  • If ATEN determines the returned Products are defective, ATEN will, at its discretion, have the options (1) to repair such a product by new or repaired components for free; or (2) to replace the product with a good product or a product which equips the same function as the original product. When the products or components are replaced, the replacing articles shall become Customer’s property and the replaced articles shall become the property of ATEN.Replacing products undertake the remaining warranty period of the original product. ATEN will ship back the repaired/replacement Products to Customer in the same packaging used by Customer for the corresponding return.
  • If product is out of warranty, ATEN will charge the relative repair cost and Customer shall pay for two way’s freight charges. Unless prior written consent is provided by ATEN, Customer will not be entitle to require refund as warranty service providing. If ATEN determines the returned Products are NTF, ATEN may, in its sole discretion, charge reasonably related fees.
